July was unseasonably cool for around these parts, but we somehow managed to hit on a super hot day for Alex's senior pictures... go figure! He was a real trooper, though... wearing long-sleeved shirts and a heavy polo-type jersey and not complaining at all about eleventy-million mosquito bites! Maybe he just wrote about it later though because, as it turns out, Alex is a published author already... I found him on Amazon, on the Dallas Morning News website... WOW, I'm impressed! A soon-to-be senior, Alex is a co-founder of the Cardinal Fiction Club and a member of the top-ranked John Paul II High School Academic Decathlon team. He plans to attend Baylor University (a family tradition) after he graduates... though it sounds as if he's already more than qualified to enroll now! Thanks for such an easy-going session, Alex and best of luck (though you may not need it) in your last year of high school... can I say WOW again?
